Placing an Order

At Simsports we value your custom. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm PST. Orders placed outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Our racing chassis are made to order and can take up to approximately 15-20 business days to be delivered. Hardware items in stock are delivered within 5-7 business days

Changes to an Order

If you have made an error in product selection and/or wish to add additional items to the order, please notify us within 24 hours by email or telephone.

Canceling an Order

If you've changed your mind we can process a cancellation ONLY IF your purchase has not been shipped. To cancel the order please contact us with your name, order number and the reason why you wish to cancel. A 5% fee will be charged to cover administrative costs.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic US orders on our racing chassis qualify for free shipping. We typically use FedEx, UPS and USPS to fulfill our deliveries however we reserve the right to change this at any time. Orders placed that will be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for this and a delivery charge will be added at checkout. Once your items have been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number by email. All other items, shipping costs will be displayed at check out. 


International Shipping

 

We typically do not ship outside of the US however please contact us with your requirements and we can see what we can do to facilitate this. Please bare in mind shipping of certain items overseas may be quite costly!
 

Returns
 

Should you change your mind after receiving your order we are happy to accept returns for a refund as long as the following conditions and criteria are met:

  1. Prior to any returns being submitted please contact us to advise and to discuss the returns process

  2. Any items purchased must be returned within 7 days after being delivered.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost as well as ensuring the item is sufficiently packaged to prevent damage in transit. 

  4. Products must be in original and in new condition and must include all supporting documentation and components where applicable. We are unable to resell items whereby the condition is not new. Any product that has been used, installed or partially installed is classified as non-returnable.

  5. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. This fee covers our administration costs whereby the item(s) will be inspected prior to it being resold. 

  6. Post inspection, should the item(s) not meet the criteria as mentioned above in point 4, they can be returned to you at your expense. Should you chose not to have them returned, we will dispose of the item(s). 

Missing Parts/Incorrect items received

 

In the unlikely event you are missing a part or have been sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on customer service and endeavor to rectify any error that may have occurred. 
 

 

Warranties on items sold

 

All Simsport racing chassis carry a 30 day warranty effective from date of delivery. Please contact us to advise of a defective item/part. Simsports may send a replacement item/part however we reserve the right to request any defective item/part to be shipped back to Simsports at the customers expense for inspection. Should an inspection be required, we will repair or replace where applicable at no additional charge to the customer. All other products on the website will be advertised with their warranties where applicable. No warranty is provided unless otherwise stated.
